Return Procedure:
· After the request, Telarosa srl will verify the conditions for opening the procedure
· If positive, it will authorise the return by communicating it via email
· The Customer must ship the products within 14 working days from the date of exercising the withdrawal
· The items must be sent to this address Telarosa srl, Via della Metallurgia, 4 - 37139 Verona - Italy.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs fall under the responsibility of the Customer.
Conditions for Accepting Returns:
The return will be accepted only if:
· The request was submitted within 14 days of delivery
· The product has not been used, worn, washed or damaged
· The identification tag with disposable seal is still attached to the product
· The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories (e.g. dust bags)
· A copy of the shipping note is present
Refound:
If all conditions are met:
· Telarosa srl will refund the price of the products using the same payment method as the purchase
· The refund will be made to the person who made the original payment
· The refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at the time of purchase, net of shipping costs, duties, customs charges
· The refunded price will be the one paid, regardless of any price variations on the site
Return cost:
The return cost may vary according to the customer's country:
- Italy: €10.00
- EU (European Union): €30.00
- Extra EU: Unfortunately, returns are not available outside the European Union.
